Have any new issues come up recently at AutoBase?

ANSWER: We’ve implemented a new 401K plan for the staff that went into effect July 1, 2015. This gives our team members an opportunity to start planning for retirement, no matter what age they are now.

How did you go about implementing that?

ANSWER: We’ve negotiated a deal with The Principal, a large firm that manages 401K programs around the world. Our focus is to help career employees save for their future.

How has your background helped in this job?

ANSWER: Perhaps as an overview, I bring over 21 years of Safety Patrol experience and 35 years work in the service industry providing personnel with a wide range of specific skills. The ‘lessons learned’ and the respect and concern we show for staff, keeps AutoBase personnel safe and highly motivated. It all translates into superior service to our customers.

Do you have one good story that represents the best of your team and your work?

ANSWER: We encourage motorists that we assist to fill out comment cards. That means we get feedback from everywhere. It’s rewarding to be able to tabulate that 99.9% of these cards have positive comments. They complement our service, our sponsoring organization and the State’s that have chosen us as their ‘on the road’ representatives. It gives me great satisfaction to read these comment cards and share them with our entire team.
